I made this project as a learning experience, This project lets the user do quizzes that are made by a admin. The admin can create a quiz and set it offline and online, the admin can also decide which users can see the specific quiz. besides that the admin can also modify everything about the quiz for example he or she can add questions, add answers to each question, change the order of the questions, change amount of time per quiz. now for what the user can do, the user can give each quiz assigned to him or her a rating, and can see a leaderboard of who scored to best on every quiz.
